The Rotary Foundation District Grants
The Rotary Foundation District Grants.    -   Time-Line (Program Year 2019 -20).
  • District Grants for 2019 – 2020.
  • An amount of some US$ 77,334 will be available for 2019 -20 Foundation Grants. Up to half this amount can be used for District Grants
  • Advanced notice of Proposed dates for Clubs intending to apply for DISTRICT GRANTS for 2019 -20
    • The current version of the District Grant Application form and Memorandum of Understanding will be available on the District Web Site.
    • Copies to be handed out at “Leading Rotary Now” &/or District Assembly.
    • All attendees at the District Grant Seminar will have Application Forms & MOUs emailed to them
    • The ‘Minimum District Grant’ for this round will be $1,000 which requires a Project Budget of $2,000. (District Grant is on $ for $ match to club contribution same as previous years.)
    • Saturday 4th May, DISTRICT GRANT TRAINING DAY in Adelaide.
    • Saturday 25th May, DISTRICT GRANT TRAINING DAY in Whyalla.*
    • Saturday 18th May, DISTRICT GRANT TRAINING DAY in Alice Springs.*
    • * Subject to final confirmation
      • Attendance from a Club Representative is a must if intending to apply for a District Grant.

        • District Grant Application & Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) Forms were passed out at LRNs and are available on the District Website.
        • Grant Applications to be emailed to District Grants Chair PDG Ed King
        • The MOU must be completed and emailed with the Application.
      • End August (or as soon as advised by The Rotary Foundation Trustees)
        • Clubs will be notified of outcome of their applications. Evaluation of Applications will take place within the District by the District Foundation Grants Committee.   (No expenditure can be undertaken until TRF approval received. Expenditure prior to TRF approval cannot be reimbursed.)
